Mrs Paisley's Lashings was created by Jo Wood and Arthur Potts Dawson,
it is a genuinely innovative venture, offering a pop up restaurant
experience that is driven by the importance of moving towards living
and eating in a more sustainable way.
With fossil fuels dwindling and the global population increasing, the
project aims to illuminate the importance of sourcing food locally or
growing it yourself. It's time we took environmentally conscious
responsibility for the waste we produce and the food we eat.
The project is a progressive and glamorous approach to teaching
healthy eating, conscious living, and fabulous food.
Profits from the venture will be ploughed into the first Mrs Paisley’s Garden,
an initiative set up to build and maintain gardens in inner city
schools teaching children how to grow their own produce.
