Arthur Potts Dawson
Arthur Potts Dawson is leading the crusade in eco-friendly restaurants. He is the executive chef and co-owner of Acorn
House in London's King Cross. Here he follows the ethos of reduce, reuse and recycle. This is applied to everything from green
energy and biodegradable water bottles to food scraps fuelling the wormery. His staff even travel to work by bicycle.
Arthur has worked with all the big names - the Roux brothers, Rowley Leigh, Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers.
A former Head Chef at the River Cafe, he restyled Petersham Nurseries, relaunched Cecconis, and worked as executive
chef for Jamie Oliver`s Fifteen Restaurant. He is now making a name for himself at his own restaurant.
Arthur is a member of the English Slow Food Association, and a lifelong supporter of organic
products and local suppliers.
Jo Wood Jo Wood is a pioneer and committed supporter of all things natural and organic. She is the founder of
Jo Wood Organics, a successful organic beauty range and lives in Kingston, London.
Jo's personal eco journey began after falling ill in 1989 and discovering that a switch to an all-organic diet dramatically improved her
health.
Finding herself fascinated by the subject, Jo gradually moved towards making everything in her and her family's life organic,
ecologically attentive and as sustainable as possible.
Jo sits on prestigious awards panels including the Observer Ethical Awards and the Soil Association Organic Food Awards.
Combined with her charity work for Save the Children, People Tree and Heart & Design, Jo makes supporting and leading eco
projects a priority in an effort to spread the organic message.
